Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on devices activated through your account.

Trial and subscriptions

The free trial lasts 30 days and allows up to 3 active devices. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars, and checkout displays the final amount and any applicable tax before payment.

Desktop access

WoWBils requires activation and periodic licence checks. After a successful online check, the desktop app can continue within its offline grace period. An expired, cancelled or revoked licence can prevent further app access.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of business records and for keeping suitable backups. Local data remains on your PC when a trial or subscription ends.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass device or licence limits, interfere with the service, or use WoWBils for unlawful activity.

Product changes

We may improve features, compatibility and plan details over time. Material changes that affect active subscriptions will be communicated through the website, app or account email where appropriate.
