Account information
We use the details you provide—such as your name, email address and phone number—to create your account, verify your email, provide licences and help you manage billing.
Business records
Sales, purchases, stock, parties and payments are stored in the local WoWBils database on your main PC. They are not automatically copied to the website.
Backups and sync
If you choose Google Drive, WoWBils cloud backup or cloud sync, the app sends the data needed to provide that feature. These online features are optional.
Payments and licences
Our payment provider processes subscription checkout. WoWBils stores subscription, licence and activated-device information so the desktop app can verify access.
Your choices
You can avoid optional cloud features and keep local backups instead. You can revoke an activated device from your account page. Contact WoWBils support from the channel shown in your account if you need help with your account data.
