GST invoices without doing tax maths at the counter
WoWBils applies standard Indian GST slabs and supports CGST with SGST for intra-state sales and IGST for inter-state sales. Add the customer, select products and quantities, and the invoice shows taxable value and tax clearly.
The software supports everyday sales and purchase documents along with estimates, returns, credit notes, debit notes, delivery challans and orders. This keeps related records together instead of spreading them across notebooks and spreadsheets.
Billing connected to stock, payments and khata
A useful GST bill should update more than a printable invoice. In WoWBils, sales and purchases connect with stock movement, customer or supplier balances and payment records. Shop owners can see what was sold, what remains and which amount is still due.
Cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, cheque and credit payment modes can be recorded against business transactions. Customer and supplier statements make it easier to check a balance before calling or sharing a payment reminder.
Built for Windows counters and unreliable internet
WoWBils stores routine business records in a local database on the main Windows PC. Billing, stock, parties and reports do not wait for a cloud page to load during a busy hour. Internet is still required for initial activation, periodic licence checks and optional online features.
The desktop setup supports 64-bit Windows 10 version 1809 or newer and Windows 11. One computer can act as the main Server while additional Client computers connect across the shop's local network.
GST-ready records, with honest boundaries
WoWBils creates GST-formatted invoices and business reports using the information entered by the shop. It helps organise sales and tax records, but it does not replace professional tax advice or automatically file GST returns on the government portal.
Business owners remain responsible for checking GSTIN details, tax treatment and filings. The advantage is a cleaner daily record of invoices, purchases, payments and stock that can support discussions with an accountant.
